Cryptated: After picking apart the flower crown so a packmate could examine the plants contained within, Boneyard had returned to the lakeside with a small party. One felvarg splashed in the shallows as he attempted to snatch passing fish; the other meandered through the flora growing along the shore, picking out the sprigs most useful to him. The breeze ruffled Boneyard’s fur as she watched them. She licked her lips, contemplating which task to lean into. The dark felvarg waved her tail in parting, ensuring that at least her foraging packmate caught sight of her as she slipped into the trees. Perhaps she’d find other plants or berries in the half-light of the forest floor or some clearing within. Aereflow: The sun warmed Mist’s fur as she surveyed the area. The clearing she stood in was not large, but still a fairly open area surrounded on all sides by trees. Spring’s warmth brought fresh growth and activity to the island… and the preceding winter left Boneyard’s pack short of coin, having spent much of what they had on supplies for the harsher season. As much as she didn’t enjoy crowds, a festival was as good a place as any to trade what wares the warmer season had afforded her: a collection of rabbit skins, some excess herbs, and some wild berries found in the woods. All these things were loaded onto the dark felvarg’s back, the foraged items in a leather satchel and the pelts tied into place over top of it. She loped along the outskirts of the forest as she made her way towards the Shrine of Freyja, alert to any sounds around her. The faint creaking of wagon wheels sounded nearby and the dark felvarg froze. She edged back into the trees as she scanned the open ground for a source.
